All EGK candles are made with natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils for a clean, enjoyable burn.
How much wax is in each candle?
Each candle contains 6.3 oz of natural soy wax.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time is approximately 30–40 hours, depending on burning conditions and proper candle care.
Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes. Every EGK candle is hand-poured in small batches to help maintain quality and consistency.
How should I care for my candle?
Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax pool to reach the edges during the first burn, and never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location.
Do you accept returns?
Because our candles are personal-use products, we do not accept returns on used candles. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to make it right.
