Order Processing

All EGK Scents candles are hand-poured with care.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35.
  • Orders under $35 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and package weight.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has shipped, most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

EGK Scents is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, EGK Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, we’re happy to help where we can.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact EGKscents@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We’ll review your claim and work to provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
