Returns
At EGK Scents, every candle is hand-poured in small batches with care.
Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles.
If your candle is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email EGKscents@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been processed.
